- Cut all the vegetables And dry fruits. Then shallow fry all them. keep Aside. Then Steam the rice. Keep aside..
- Take nonstick pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and then all vegetables. Then add all spices. And mix it well..
- Now add 1 cup water and mix it. When it comes to a boil then add steam rice. And cover the cooker. 10 min on sim flame. Then open the cooker. And serve hot..
